We are incredibly excited to announce that within the next couple of weeks an automated calling system, The Mapogo Bot will be launched to provide our clients an even more efficient service.

The MAPOGO BOT is an advanced new technology that Mapogo has implemented to effectively handle the high frequency of false alarms experienced by our Command Centre during load-shedding and power outages. Smart Dispatch will minimize the delay in call-backs from our Command Centre and the unnecessary deployment of vehicles and tactical officers, ensuring all our resources are focused on responding to legitimate emergencies.

The Mapogo BOT will be used in our control centre to call multiple numbers at once. This means that the first three cell numbers we have on your profile will be called in succession to inform you of an alarm activation at your premises.
